Public comment period for ADOT’s five-year program wrapping up

There is still time to add a comment to the Arizona Department of Transportation’s 2014-2018 Tentative Five-Year Transportation Facilities Construction Program. The public comment period is open until the end of the business day on Friday, May 17 to provide community members with a chance to submit their feedback online or by phone.

15,000 turned out for Cyclovia’s second April event

On April 28, 15,000 plus bicycle riders and walkers turned out to visit and explore new neighborhoods along a new five mile route for Cyclovia. More than 120 businesses, organizations, and community groups hosted free activities while musicians and DJ’s lined the event route providing a musical soundtrack to a warm and sunny day filled with smiles.
