El Pueblo Neighborhood Center hosting a health and safety fair | Events
If you would like information on health and safety issues then this fair is the right place to get it. Council Member Richard Fimbres and the Ward 5 Staff in partnership with the Tohono O’odham Nation and Wards 1 and 2 are hosting.
WHEN: April 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
WHERE: El Pueblo Neighborhood Center (101 W. Irvington Road.)
Safety equipment like car seats, booster seats and bike helmet will be made available to the public at the fair. There are some requirements to get the car seats though, you will have to attend a class, which will also be held on April 28. To register early for the class, please call the Ward 5 office at (520)791-4231.
Medical and dental screenings will be available at the fair, as well as free snacks, drinks and games for the kids. There will also be lots of information from local community partners.
