Tucson Urban League's Weatherization Day Open House! | Environment

Join the Tucson Urban League, Inc. staff as we celebrate National Weatherization Day on October 28, 2011 from 11 am to 3 pm at our main service center located at 2305 S. Park Avenue! 

Come learn about our Weatherization Assistance Program and the many other programs offered by the Tucson Urban League. One of the goals of the Tucson Urban League's  "I AM EMPOWERED" campaign is "that every American lives in safe, decent, affordable and energy efficient housing on fair terms". 

The Tucson Urban League has been working to achieve this goal within the Tucson community by providing housing services through collaborative efforts. 

Information will also be available from other agencies who provide home repair programs. Other activities include weather demonstrations, science projects, music and food. We will also host a Kids Halloween Costume Contest and a raffle to win fun prizes!
