TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now)- Tucson Police are now saying it was a man who was sent to the hospital, with non-life threatening injuries.
According to TPD officials the man was not able to give a description of suspects, nor was he able to provide a motive for the possible shooting.
Tucson Fire officials responded to an early morning call about shots fired near Drexel and Old Nogales Highway. They found the man at the location and then transported him to the hospital.
The matter is still under investigation, according to TPD.
